Super soft eggless chocolate sponge cake recipe:

Milk: 1 cup (240 ml)
White vinegar: 1tbs

Butter: 3 tbs (45 gm)
Oil : 3 tbs (45 gm)
Sugar: 1/3 cup (45 gm)
Condensed milk: 3/4 cup (240 ml)

Maida: 1.5 cups (195 gm)
Unsweetened Cocoa powder :
4 tbs (28 gm)
Baking powder: 1.5 tsp
Baking soda: 1/2 tsp

1. Mix milk & white vinegar and keep aside
2. Mix really well butter, oil, sugar & condensed milk in a bowl
3. Add in flour, cocoa powder, baking powder & baking soda
4. Add in milk & vinegar mixture

5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking pan, bake at 160C for 30 minutes.
